In 2016, after several years out of operation, Chance Henry re-opened the agency and began rebuilding the client base. The Henry family is deeply rooted in Acadia Parish and is proud to serve many residents and businesses throughout Louisiana. Chance Henry
Chief Executive Officer & Principal Agent
Chance Henry has been a licensed property and casualty agent since 2016. Prior to that, Henry owned and operated both a cattle business and a seafood catering business. He brings in extensive knowledge not only in insurance services but also business development, strategic planning, and marketing. He is heavily involved in the Acadia Parish community, serving as the Police Juror to District 3 as well as the Acadia Parish Police Jury President. Chance sells all lines of insurance here at KHIA but his specialty is commercial lines. As a business owner, he know what other business owners need and expect when it comes to coverage of their assets.
Taylor Trahan Henry

Taylor Trahan Henry graduated from Louisiana State University in 2015 with a bachelor of arts in mass communication focused in public relations and a minor in business administration. She spent the first five years of her career in marketing and communications roles in both in-house and agency settings. She also brings experience in information systems and data analysis . Though she has always worked alongside her husband, Chance, to help manage KHIA, in 2022, she joined the staff full time as the CAO. Taylor handles day-to-day operations, staffing, and accounting. She also assists in business development and marketing.
Lynn Hargrave
Customer Service Representative & Licensed P/C Agent
Lynn Hargrave is a lifelong resident of Mermentau Cove and has been a dedicated member of the KHIA team since 2019. In 2021, Lynn successfully completed the steps for property and casualty licensing and began servicing our customers personal lines needs. She is an excellent communicator and makes everyone feel like they're our only client - the #1 goal. We're proud to have her on board.
Zan Conner
Customer Service Representative
Zan Conner is 2021 graduate of Iota High School and a current student at SLCC. He joined the KHIA team in January of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative and is currently working towards his property and casualty license. He is a calm, reassuring voice for our customers and is always quick to make someone feel right at home. His focus is always ensuring transparent and frequent communication with our clients!
